Individual Therapy
For imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, psychedelic integration, life transitions — with a focus on self-trust, emotional confidence, and internal conflict in adults.
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and develop a more trusting relationship with yourself. It is a collaborative space to explore the parts of you that feel uncertain, guarded, or internally conflicted — even when you are functioning well in your life. Many of the clients I work with are professionals, creatives, or high-achieving adults who struggle with self-doubt, emotional disconnection, or difficulty trusting themselves despite clear evidence of competence and belonging.
Individual therapy can be especially helpful if you find yourself overthinking, holding back emotionally or questioning your worth — even while continuing to show up and succeed in the world.
