Individual Therapy
For imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, and life transitions — with a focus on self-trust and emotional confidence in high-achieving adults.
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and build a more trusting relationship with yourself. It’s collaborative — we explore the parts of you that feel uncertain, guarded, or conflicted, even when you’re clearly functioning well in your life: closing deals, leading teams, showing up for the people around you.
This work can be especially useful if you find yourself overthinking after conversations, holding back emotionally with people you actually trust, or quietly questioning whether you’ve earned what you’ve built — even while continuing to succeed by every visible measure.
Sessions are 50 minutes, available in-person in NYC or virtually across NY, NJ, DC, and CT.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Making meaning of non-ordinary experiences.
If you’ve had a psychedelic experience - whether in a clinical setting, a ceremony, or another context - integration therapy helps you process what came up: the emotions, insights, or questions about identity and meaning that often follow. This work moves at your pace and focuses on grounding those experiences into lasting change, not reliving them.
Pause Counseling does not provide or administer psychedelics as part of this therapy.
