About
Daniel Molina, LCSW
I’m here to help.
I work with adults who are capable and successful, but struggle to trust themselves. Often, different parts of them pull in opposite directions — one part knows they belong and another doubts they’re good enough. Therapy helps them build a more compassionate, grounded relationship with themselves so they can feel more present, open and confident in their lives and relationships.
I tend to work with people who:
Appear confident, thoughtful, or accomplished, yet struggle with self-doubt
Feel emotionally guarded despite wanting deeper connection
Struggle with self-criticism, emotional disconnection, or fear rejection
Are tired of overthinking and want a more grounded relationship with themselves
Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, and compassionate. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong” we get curious about the different parts of you that have learned to protect, achieve, avoid or stay in control.
We work at a pace that feels safe, helping you identify patterns without becoming overwhelmed by them. Over time, you’ll develop a stronger ability to stay present with difficult thoughts and emotions instead of being driven by self-doubt, fear of rejection, or unhealthy coping strategies.
The goal isn’t to get rid of parts of you — it’s to help you relate to them differently, so you can live with more clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
Change tends to happen gradually and organically. Many clients notice they’re less reactive, more emotionally present, and more confident in their decisions — not because doubt disappears, but because it no longer runs the show.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring the work to each clients needs rather than applying a one size fits all model. For clients engaging in psychedelic integration therapy, I provide grounded, non-directive support focused on meaning-making, emotional integration and self-connection.
